Most Toowoomba Regional Council reopened on Monday after the temporary closures linked to TC Alfred.
Toowoomba Mayor Geoff McDonald said waster management facilities would also be open unless there were issues with access or power.
“Kerbside bin collection will resume as normal from Monday Please put your bins out like normal,” Mayor McDonald said.
“Council commends the community for their efforts in preparing for this weather event.”
