A woman aged in her 50s was taken by ambulance to Kingaroy Hospital after a single-vehicle crash at Manyung on Wednesday morning.
Emergency services were called to the incident on the Bunya Highway shortly after 10:00am.
A QAS spokesperson said the woman’s vehicle had run off the road and down an embankment.
The woman had to be cut free from the vehicle by rescuers.
The spokesperson said she suffered head lacerations and abdominal pain and was transported in a stable condition.
Earlier on Wednesday, emergency crews were called about 9:30am after a passer-by spotted a vehicle which had run off the Bunya Mountains-Maidenwell Road and hit a tree.
However, despite a search of the area, no one was located at the site.
It is unknown at what time this incident occurred.
On Tuesday night, a driver was taken by ambulance to Kingaroy Hospital after a single-vehicle crash on the Bunya Highway at Taabinga.
The incident occurred near Pioneer Avenue just before midnight.
