Two adults and two children were assessed by QAS paramedics after a single-vehicle rollover near Nanango on Friday night.
Emergency services were called to the intersection of Carbeen Crescent and Nanango-Brooklands Road about 9:40pm.
A QAS spokesperson said all four were in a stable condition.
Three of the patients were transported by ambulance to Kingaroy Hospital.
