Lightning which struck a power pole at Mt Binga on Wednesday night has been blamed for sparking a small fire in a hay shed.
Four fire crews were called to a property on Cooyar-Mt Binga Road just before 9:30pm.
On arrival, fire fighters found smoke coming from some bales, which they raked and pulled apart to make safe.
Ergon and QAS also attended the incident, but no one was injured.

Two people were taken to hospital after their vehicle was caught in floodwater at Jandowae during Wednesday night’s storms.
Emergency services were called to the intersection of Jandowae Connection and Winfields roads just before 6:45pm.
The pair were taken to Jandowae Hospital in a stable condition.
