This weekend is the last round of the regular South Burnett Rugby League season, with semi-finals to get under way on August 10.

Going into the last round, Cherbourg Hornets are holding down top spot on the A Grade ladder, one point ahead of the Nanango Stags.

Kingaroy, Murgon and Wondai make up the rest of the table.

Results of this weekend’s games will decide which club wins the right as Minor Premiers to host the Semi-Finals.

It will be a big Saturday for the Nanango Stags, which will be celebrating an Old Boys day at Fred Kassulke Oval as well as hosting the junior and senior games.

The Preliminary Final will be at Nanango on August 17, while the Grand Final on August 24 will be at Wondai.
