South Burnett Regional Council is introducing a new process for booking its halls and venues throughout the region.
A new on-line booking system is being developed which will be implemented soon.
It will enable customers to view real-time hall availability for their event, see photographs and floor plans, details of resources available at each hall, view seating plans and set-up options and pay for bookings.
Hall hire will now be also charged on an hourly rate, but the following discounts will be applied:
- South Burnett resident – 50 per cent
- Not-for-profit organisation – 50 per cent
- South Burnett not-for-profit organisation – 90 per cent
