Police are investigating a single-vehicle crash which occurred on the Maidenwell-Bunya Mountains Road late on Friday night.
A police spokesperson said initial investigations indicated a black Nissan Patrol went down an embankment about 10:45pm.
Three people were assessed at the scene and another three are alleged to have left prior to police arriving.
Investigations are continuing.

Two people were taken to hospital after a dramatic crash on the Bunya Mountains late on Friday night.
Emergency services were called to the incident just before 11:00pm.
They found a vehicle had gone about 100 metres down an embankment on the Maidenwell-Bunya Mountains Road, towards Wengenville.
Initial reports suggested there had been six people inside, with several leaving the scene after the crash.
Police, ambulance and fire crews attended.
A QAS spokesperson said paramedics assessed two people, who were then transported by ambulance to Kingaroy Hospital in a stable condition.
A Queensland Fire Department spokesperson said fire crews arrived about 11:55pm.
They made sure there was no one trapped in the wreckage before searching the area for other possible occupants.

A short time after the Bunya Mountains crash, emergency crews were called to a single-vehicle rollover on the Burnett Highway at Sandy Ridges, north of Nanango.
A QAS spokesperson said a male in his late teens was taken to Kingaroy Hospital in a stable condition.
He suffered minor injuries when his vehicle left the highway and rolled.
