Eight people were assessed by QAS paramedics after a collision in the heart of the Kingaroy CBD on Friday morning.
Two ambulances were called to the incident, on the corner of Alford and Youngman streets, at 11:42am.
A QAS spokesperson said paramedics assessed four adults and four children at the scene.
Two people were taken to Kingaroy Hospital in a stable condition: a woman in her 80s who suffered suspected chest injuries; and a man in his 80s who had arm and leg injuries.
