Police are investigating break-and-enters of rural properties in the Boyneside and Haly Creek areas on Sunday night.

One occurred at a property on the Bunya Highway while the other occurred in the Flagstone Creek Road / Kearneys Road area.

A recent break-in also occurred in the Burra Burri/Jacksons Road area at Durong.

Copper piping, Toyota LandCruiser parts, a generator, bar fridges, TVs and a pressure pump were stolen.

The latest incidents follow a break-in at Burrandowan in late May where a large quantity of alcohol, a speaker, whipper snippers and cool room equipment were stolen.

Police have urged property owners to assess their property security measures and install CCTV, lighting or alarms where possible, and report suspicious people or vehicles to police.
