Emergency services were called to single-vehicle rollover at Speedwell about 7:00pm on Tuesday.
The incident occurred on Okeden-Byanda Road.
A woman aged in her 50s was transported by ambulance to Kingaroy Hospital in a stable condition with head and neck injuries.
