The Burnett Inland Economic Development Organisation (BIEDO) is hosting a free Small Business Breakfast in Kingaroy on Tuesday (May 28).

The brekkie, to be held in the Supper Room at the Kingaroy Town Hall from 7:00am, is to celebrate Queensland Small Business Month.

It will feature a panel discussion guided by Kingaroy Chamber of Commerce and Industry president Damien Martoo.

The small business panellists will be:

  • Rebecca Cross, from Bunya Beef Grazing at Wengenville
  • Jacqui Trace, from Bill Hull Car Centre & Adventure 4×4, Kingaroy
  • Belinda Lewis, from My Wellness Bar, Kingaroy
  • David Earle, from David Earle Custom Saddles, Wondai
  • Liam Pickering, from Kingaroy Quarry Supplies, Wattle Grove

The expert panel will be

  • Natalie Quinn, from Quinn & Co Finance Broking
  • Sheena Lindholm, from Push Pull Marketing, Kingaroy
  • Tanya Codd, from the Department of Employment, Small Business and Training

“Queensland Small Business Month is a time for celebration and action,” BIEDO general manager Mistrel Badesso said.

“From our local tradies and hairdressers to café owners and tourism operators, small businesses are the backbone of our regions and communities. They deserve to be celebrated for their hard work and dedication all year long.”
