Four teenagers were injured – one critically – when an allegedly stolen vehicle crashed at Nanango on Tuesday morning.
Emergency services were called to the incident on the D’Aguilar Highway, near Nanango-Tarong Road, about 5:45am.
All four were transported by ambulance to Kingaroy Hospital.
One of them, a 15-year-old boy who was a passenger in the vehicle, was then airlifted in a critical condition to the Queensland Children’s Hospital in Brisbane.
A QAS spokesperson said the teenager suffered head, chest and pelvic injuries.
The other three boys had minor injuries, including an arm injury and neck pain.
Police said they were two 14-year-old passengers and the 15-year-old driver.
The Kia Cerato was allegedly stolen from a house in Kingaroy on Monday night.
The QPS Forensic Crash Unit is investigating the cause of the crash.
