Two teenagers were taken to Kingaroy Hospital with serious injuries after an ATV rolled on a private property near Kingaroy on Tuesday evening.
Emergency services were called to the incident just before 7:00pm.
A QAS spokesperson said the teenage girl suffered head and spinal injuries and was transported in a serious condition.
A teenage boy suffered facial and spinal injuries and was also taken to hospital in a serious condition.
