Police have charged a 58-year-old Murgon man after a police vehicle was allegedly rammed in Murgon.
Police will allege the driver rammed the unmarked police vehicle after failing to pull over in Krebs Street when directed by detectives.
The incident occurred about 9:00am on December 21.
The male driver and two female police officers were injured, and the man’s vehicle was severely damaged.
The man has been charged with acts intended to cause grievous bodily harm, dangerous operation of a motor vehicle and evading police.
He is due to appear in Toowoomba Magistrates Court on February 21.
