A truck driver was assessed by paramedics after an incident on the Chinchilla-Wondai Road at Ballogie on Wednesday afternoon.
Emergency services were called just before 1:00pm.
A QFES spokesperson said a truck carrying an excavator had left the road and run into a culvert.
A QAS spokesperson said the male driver suffered minor injuries and was in a stable condition.

Two women were taken to Kingaroy Hospital in a stable condition with chest pain after two vehicles collided in Kingaroy on Wednesday morning.
The incident occurred in Albert Street about 11:40am.
