A bus being used as a residence at Booie was destroyed by fire in the early hours of Thursday.
Emergency crews were called to the incident, on Booie Road, about 4:25am.
When fire crews arrived on the scene, they found the vehicle engulfed in flames.
QAS paramedics were treating the occupant, a man aged in his 20s.
Paramedics assessed the man for smoke inhalation however he declined being transported to hospital.
A QFES spokesperson said the fire was completely extinguished just after 5:00am.
Fire crews left the scene at 6:40am.
