A motorbike rider aged in his 50s was airlifted to hospital with serious leg injuries after a collision at South Nanango on Thursday afternoon.
Emergency services were called to the incident on the D’Aguilar Highway about 1:50pm.
A QAS spokesperson said paramedics assessed four patients at the scene.
An RACQ LifeFlight helicopter was despatched to the incident and landed nearby.
The rider was airlifted to the Sunshine Coast University Hospital.
A woman with a suspected neck injury was transported by ambulance to Kingaroy Hospital in a stable condition.
Two other people were in a stable condition with minor injuries.
They are believed to have been taken by ambulance to Nanango Hospital.
