A man aged in his 30s was airlifted to hospital in a serious condition after a vehicle hit a cow at Pimpimbudgee on Saturday afternoon.

Emergency services were called to incident on Middle Creek-Cooyar Road just before 4:00pm.

A QAS spokesperson said the man suffered arm, chest and lower limb injuries.

He was airlifted by the Sunshine Coast-based RACQ LifeFlight helicopter to Princess Alexandra Hospital in Brisbane.

A second man in the vehicle, also aged in his 30s, suffered suspected chest injuries and was transported by ambulance to Kingaroy Hospital in a stable condition.

The vehicle involved was pulling a trailer.

A woman aged in her 20s and two children were taken to Kingaroy Hospital by ambulance after a single-vehicle rollover on Thompson Road at Runnymede just before 6:00pm on Saturday.

A QAS spokesperson said the woman, a teenager and a toddler all suffered minor injuries and were transported in a stable condition.

A teenage girl was taken to Kingaroy Hospital after falling while roller skating at Nanango on Saturday night.

QAS paramedics were called to Elk Street at 7:34pm.

The girl was transported in a stable condition with neck pain.

A woman aged in her 60s suffered a significant hand injury while working with cattle at Tablelands on Sunday afternoon.

Paramedics were called to the private property at 12:05pm.

The woman’s hand was crushed while she was drafting cattle.

An elderly woman was transported to Kingaroy Hospital in a stable condition after a single-vehicle crash at Benarkin on Sunday afternoon.

Emergency services were called to the incident, near the intersection of Scott Street and the D’Aguilar Highway, just before 4:00pm.

The woman’s vehicle ended up in a ditch on the side of the road.

The LifeFlight Surat Gas Aeromedical Service helicopter airlifted a man to hospital after the quad bike he was riding rolled on a private property in the Toowoomba region on Sunday evening.

The aeromedical team was despatched about 5:15pm and landed in a nearby paddock.

The patient, aged in his 50s, suffered chest injuries and was flown to Toowoomba Hospital for further treatment.

Paramedics transported a man in his 20s with head injuries to Ipswich University Hospital after a single-vehicle crash on the Brisbane Valley Highway at 11:56pm on Friday.

The incident occured near the intersection with Dennehys Road, north of Esk.

The man was transported in a stable condition.
