He has been charged with 11 counts of rape, two counts of sexual assault, two counts of indecent treatment of children under 16 and one count of attempted indecent treatment of a child under 16 (procurement).
No plea has been entered.
Police prosecutor Sergeant Barry Stevens said police had gathered about 90Gb of evidence so far “and it’s still going” .
He sought an adjournment so the data could be processed.
Magistrate Andrew Sinclair commented “that’s more data than I have collected in my whole life, so I’m pretty sure it must be video”.
