A man aged in his 50s was taken to Kingaroy Hospital in a stable condition after an incident at a Kingaroy service station on Thursday afternoon.
Emergency services were called to Liberty in Youngman Street at 2:24pm.
Paramedics treated a man at the scene who had been allegedly struck by another motorist, pinning him against a vehicle.
The man was transported to Kingaroy Hospital in a stable condition with leg injuries.
Police were also called to the incident.
