The Police Forensic Crash Unit is appealing for witnesses following a serious traffic crash on the Brisbane Valley Highway on Wednesday night (July 19).
Initial investigations indicate at about 6:00pm, a black 2011 Toyota Yaris and a white 2011 Toyota Camry were travelling south along the Brisbane Valley Highway at Glen Esk when the Yaris left the road and rolled.
The driver, a 23-year-old Wattle Camp man, was taken to the Princess Alexandra Hospital where he remains in a serious condition.
Police are appealing to anyone who may have witnessed the crash, particularly anyone with relevant dashcam vision, to come forward.
Officers would also like to speak to anyone who saw the two vehicles travelling between Toogoolawah and Glen Esk prior to the incident.
Investigations are continuing.
