One patient was transported to Kingaroy Hospital in a stable condition after a traffic collision in Nanango on Friday afternoon.
The two-vehicle crash occurred just before 3:00pm.
All occupants were out of the vehicles when emergency services arrived at the scene.
The incident occurred on the corner of Dalkeith and Church streets.
