A motorcycle rider aged in his 40s suffered serious leg injuries when his bike and a truck collided in Kingaroy on Thursday morning.
Emergency services were called to the incident, in Haly Street, at 6:42am.
A QAS spokesperson said the man was taken to Kingaroy Hospital in a serious condition.
The shocked male truck driver was not physically injured but was also taken to Kingaroy Hospital for observation.

A man and a woman, aged in their 80s, suffered minor injuries when they were struck by a reversing vehicle in Coronation Drive in Murgon on Thursday morning.
The pair were transported by ambulance to Kingaroy Hospital in a stable condition.
