Police are seeking urgent public assistance to locate 79-year-old Sidney Clark who has been missing from Chinchilla since Monday afternoon.
Sidney was last seen driving a silver Jeep Cherokee with Victorian registration NRM-093 in the vicinity of the Chinchilla CBD, but is believed to have travelled north to the Durong area.
Sidney’s vehicle may be towing an empty trailer.
Concerns are held for his welfare as he has a medical condition which may cause confusion and disorientation.
Sidney is Caucasian, approximately 170cm tall with a proportionate build, short grey hair and a grey beard.
Anyone who has seen Sidney, or his vehicle is urged to immediately contact police.
