A truck driver was taken to Gayndah Hospital after a semi-trailer crash on the Burnett Highway on Tuesday night.
Emergency services were called to the incident at Ginoondan, north of Ban Ban Springs, just after 7:30pm.
They found the truck resting on its side in the northbound lane of the highway.
A QAS spokesperson said a man aged in his 40s was transported by ambulance to hospital in a stable condition with facial injuries.
Police directed traffic on the highway while emergency crews were at the scene.

Three people were taken to hospital after a vehicle ran off the road and hit a tree near Durong on Wednesday afternoon.
Emergency services were called to incident on Chinchilla-Wondai Road just before 5:00pm.
The trio were treated by paramedics at the scene before being taken by ambulance to Jandowae Hospital in a stable condition with minot injuried.
