South Burnett Regional Council will be hosting a free Coffee, Cake and Chat at Ringsfield House in Nanango next Wednesday (March 29) to discuss mental health.
Mental health clinician Graham Stark, from Darling Downs Health, will be talking about “understanding the signs and taking care of your health and wellbeing”.
A free morning tea will be provided by the QCWA.
A Council spokesperson said seats were limited.

The event is supported by assistance provided through the jointly funded Commonwealth-State Disaster Recovery Funding Arrangements.
