Paramedics assessed one person after a single-vehicle crash on the Wide Bay Highway on Thursday afternoon.
Emergency services were called to the incident at Lower Wonga at 12:54pm.
The vehicle had left the road and hit a tree.
The injured person, a man aged in his 70s, was transported to Gympie Hospital in a stable condition.
