Nominations are rushing in for the Wondai Country Festival which will be held on June 25-26.
A spokesperson said nominations for the running events were up about 20 per cent on the same time last year, so more than 500 runners were now expected to take part in the various events.
The organisers are keen to hear from any potential commercial sponsors or from community groups interested in a fundraising venture (such as a food stall).

Runners have the choice of either a 11.1km or 21.1km run on the South Burnett Rail Trail on Saturday afternoon and three choices on Sunday morning: 10km, half-marathon or a full marathon.
There is also a 1km dash for cash, a 2km family fun run, an all-abilities event and 11.1km or 21.1km forest trail runs.
