A 60-year-old Murgon man was killed in a workplace incident at Parkside Timber in Wondai last week.
Emergency services were called to North Street at 10:31am on March 28 after reports a man had been struck by a forklift.
A QAS spokesperson said paramedics assessed one patient at the scene who had received critical injuries.
Police also attended the incident.
A police spokesperson said a report would be prepared for the Coroner.
Workplace Health and Safety confirmed they would be investigating the incident.
A spokesperson said an inspector and investigator had been sent to the site.
