Two people were taken to Kingaroy Hospital after a vehicle crashed off a bridge at Tansey on Friday morning.
Emergency services were called to the incident on the Burnett Highway at 5:14am.
A man aged in his 70s suffered a head injury, while a woman in her 30s had leg and facial injuries.
A QAS spokesperson said the pair were transported in a stable condition.
