A woman was transported to hospital after falling from a horse at Memerambi on Sunday night.
A QAS spokesperson said the woman, aged in her late 50s, suffered a suspected ankle injury and chest pain after the incident.
Emergency services were called to the private property at 9:30pm.
The woman was transported to Kingaroy Hospital in a stable condition.
