Former GrainCorp senior executive Nigel Hart has been appointed managing director of the Grains Research and Development Corporation (GRDC).
Mr Hart has more than 25 years’ experience in the grains sector, including global agribusiness corporation Archer Daniels Midland Company, and is also a former CEO of Grain Growers Ltd.
His role will begin on April 4.
Mr Hart is replacing Cathie Warburton, who has handled the interim Managing Director role during the recruitment campaign and will now return to her position as GRDC General Manager People, Communications and Governance.
