Police were called to the premises just after 4:00pm after reports she was refusing to wear a mask, as directed by the Chief Health Officer.
The woman allegedly bit one of the police officers who attended.
She has been charged with serious assault of police, three counts of obstructing police, a public nuisance offence, failing to obey a public health directive and breaching a duty a care by inappropriate control.
