The pocket park in Walter Road which is being discussed by Council

November 23, 2021

The future of a small pocket park in Walter Road is under evaluation by the South Burnett Regional Council.

The park, which contains several fully grown eucalypts, small trees and shrubs, is located next to the PETstock building.

Council has invited residents to attend an informal public consultation about the future use of the park on site from 9:00am to 11:00am this Saturday (November 27).

A Council spokeperson said all residents were encouraged to attend, listen to what was being proposed and provide feedback.
