Kingaroy Chamber of Commerce and Industry will be hosting a SMILE4Biz cocktail evening at Kingaroy Town Hall next month.
The business networking and social event will be held from 6:00pm on Friday, October 15.
Dress is formal but the KCCI hopes it will be a relaxed evening to socialise with business friends and colleagues, ie. “Glam up and have fun!”
“The evening is part of the Chamber’s commitment to the mental wellbeing in the business community and creates an opportunity for business to come together in a social setting and enjoy an evening of entertainment,” KCCI secretary Paula Greenwood said.
“Running a business has always been hard and during the pandemic business and industry have had to adapt to an ever-changing business landscape quickly just to operate.
“While the event will be run by our SMILE committee, the evening is not focused on fundraising, but instead focusses on connecting with others, enjoying each other’s company and eating some delicious food.”
Local chef Roberta Schablon will be providing the locally inspired assortment of foods, and Ryza will be providing live entertainment.
