A 30-year-old Kingaroy woman has been charged with unlawful wounding after a man was allegedly stabbed during a domestic violence incident at the weekend.
Kingaroy detectives arrested and charged the woman on Saturday.
Officer-in-charge of Kingaroy Police, Senior Sergeant David Tierney, said police were called about 5:30am on Saturday after reports a 25-year-old man had suffered a laceration to his leg after an alleged altercation with a woman.
The man was transported to hospital for treatment to a non-life-threatening injury.
The woman is due to appear in Gympie Magistrates Court on September 6.
