Paramedics were assessing three people after three vehicles were involved in a crash on the D’Aguilar Highway near Benarkin on Friday afternoon.
Emergency services were called to the incident, near the intersection with Farrington Road, at 3:52pm.
A police spokesperson said one of the vehicles appeared to have rolled several times.
The patients included a woman in her 70s with suspected head and neck injuries.
A second person, aged in their 50s, was being assessed with neck pain.
The age of the third person is not known but a QAS spokesperson said they were in a stable condition.
At 5:15pm, two people had been transported to Kingaroy Hospital in a stable condition, but emergency services were still at the incident.
