UPDATE: Alana has has been located safe.
Police are seeking public assistance to help locate an 18-year-old woman who has been missing from Proston since Tuesday morning.
Alana Doessel was seen leaving a bus in Dutton Street, Murgon, about 8:40am but has not been seen or made contact with family since.
She may be in the Springfield or Augustine Heights area.
She is described as Caucasian, about 170cm tall with a slim build, fair complexion, dark red medium-length hair, brown eyes and always wears black rim glasses.
She was last seen wearing a blue and yellow Murgon State High School uniform but may now be wearing jeans.
Anyone who may have seen her or has any information in relation to her whereabouts is urged to immediately contact police on 13-14-44.
