A man was transported to Kingaroy Hospital in a serious condition after a single-vehicle crash on the Bunya Highway on Friday morning.
Emergency services were called to the incident, near Wondai, at 6:52am.
The man’s vehicle is believed to have left the highway and struck a tree.
Paramedics assessed the man at the scene for a head injury.
A critical care paramedic then travelled with him to hospital.
