Paramedics have assessed five patients after two separate collisions in the South Burnett region on Monday.
At 9:12am, emergency services were called to a smash involving two vehicles on Haly Street at Wondai.
It is believed one of the vehicles was attempting to do a U-turn outside the Wondai Visitor Information Centre when the incident occurred.
An elderly man and a woman were assessed at the scene.
The man, who had to be cut free from his vehicle by firefighters, was then transported to Murgon Hospital in a stable condition.
At 12:22pm, QAS paramedics were back in action at Chelmsford after two vehicles collided near the intersection of Tingoora-Chelmsford Road and Jacksons Road.
Three occupants were assessed at the scene. A woman was later transported to Kingaroy Hospital with minor injuries.

On Sunday, a man was transported in a stable condition to Murgon Hospital after his vehicle left the road and ran into a ditch near Booubyjan.
Emergency services were called to the incident, near the intersection of Neaavie Road and the Burnett Highway, at 9:39am.
