Ambulance paramedics assessed three patients after two vehicles collided in Kingaroy Street, Kingaroy, on Wednesday afternoon.
Emergency services were called to the incident, near Lions Park, at 12:14pm.
A QAS spokesperson said two patients were uninjured and a third declined transport to hospital following the incident.
