Three people were taken to Kingaroy Hospital after a collision on the Bunya Highway on Tuesday afternoon.
Emergency services were called to the Taylors Road intersection about 3:20pm after a Honda sedan and an SUV collided.
Firefighters cut free the rear door of the Honda to allow QAS paramedics to treat the injured driver.
Police controlled traffic on the highway while paramedics and rescue crews were at the scene.
A QAS spokesperson said the injured were transported in a stable condition.
