TAFE Queensland is holding a “yarning” session at the Nurunderi campus in Cherbourg next week to help plot the future direction of the facility.

The “Nurunderi Yarn” will be held over morning tea next Tuesday (March 2) from 10:00am.

Nurunderi campus co-ordinator Sharon Sippel said TAFE was keen to listen and seek the help of the community to contribute to the planning of training.

“We’ll have a yarn on a range of topics, including courses on offer, what has and hasn’t worked well, jobs available, training and upskilling needs and more,” Ms Sippel said.

“This will help us to better understand the skilling needs of locals. Don’t miss this opportunity to have your say.”
