Police allegedly found an 18-year-old Fraser Coast youth passed out behind the wheel of a car in Haly Street, Kingaroy, in the early hours of Saturday morning.
Kingaroy officers checked the Mazda sedan after they spotted it parked some distance from the gutter with the brake lights on at 4:10am.
The teenager, from Boompa, allegedly blew 0.117 BAC when tested.
He will appear in Kingaroy Magistrates Court on March 1.

Investigations are continuing into a collision at the intersection of Knight Street and Walter Road, in Kingaroy, about 5:30pm on Saturday.
A Jeep stationwagon driving into the intersection and a Holden hatchback on Walter Road collided.
Neither the 18-year-old female driver of the Holden nor the 46-year-old male driver of the Jeep were injured.

About 11:10pm on Sunday, police received a complaint about the driver of a Ford sedan.
Officers eventually located the driver, a 26-year-old Kingaroy woman, at a First Avenue address where she allegedly blew 0.084 BAC.
Police observed damage to the vehicle consistent with hitting a white object.
The woman will appear in Kingaroy Magistrates Court on March 1 charged with drink driving.

A 21-year-old Inverlaw man has been charged with drug driving after police stopped a Toyota sedan in Haly Street, Kingaroy, at 5:43pm on Sunday.
He is due to appear in Kingaroy Magistrates Court on March 3.
