A 48-year-old Kingaroy man has been charged with stealing after Murgon police were called to an alleged shop-stealing incident on October 12.
Police allegedly identified the man from CCTV footage.
He will appear in Kingaroy Magistrates Court on November 30.

Drugs
- A 42-year-old Murgon man will appear in Murgon Magistrates Court on November 17 charged with possessing drugs and drug utensils after Murgon detectives searched a home in Murgon about 8:00am on October 13.
- Police also searched a home in Wondai about 6:00am on October 15. A 33-year-old Wondai man will appear in Murgon Magistrates Court on November 17 charged with possessing drugs, drug utensils, property used in connection with a drug offence and a restricted drug.

Traffic
- A 25-year-old Cherbourg woman will appear in Cherbourg Magistrates Court on November 4 charged with unlicensed driving after police stopped a vehicle in Broadway Street, Cherbourg, for an RBT on October 10.
- A 25-year-old Murgon woman was issued with a ticket and her vehicle immobilised for seven days after police stopped her in Palmer Street, Murgon, about 8:00pm on October 14. Police allege the driver was unlicensed.
- A 41-year-old Cherbourg woman will appear in Cherbourg Magistrates Court on November 18 charged with drink-driving and failing to comply with licence requirements after police stopped a vehicle in Broadway Street, Cherbourg, about 11:00pm on October 14. Police will allege the driver was under the influence of alcohol and was a learner driver not under direction.
- About 9:30pm on October 17, Cherbourg police stopped a vehicle in Lamb Street, Murgon, for the purpose of an RBT. A 26-year-old Cherbourg man will appear in Cherbourg Magistrates Court on November 4 charged with drink-driving and failing to comply with licence requirements.
- A 30-year-old Cherbourg woman will appear in Cherbourg Magistrates Court on November 4 charged with driving while disqualified after police stopped her vehicle in Collins Road, Cherbourg, about 4:00pm on October 18.
- A 49-year-old Southport man will appear in Murgon Magistrates Court on November 17 charged with unlicensed driving after police stopped a vehicle on the Bunya Highway about 7:00pm on October 19.

Police from Murgon, Cherbourg and Wondai responded to a variety of incidents between October 9-19 including drug, traffic and property offences. They also attended 13 calls related to domestic violence, issued 17 infringement notices for life-endangering traffic offences and performed 263 roadside breath tests.
