Two women will appear in Cherbourg Magistrates Court on September 9 charged with assault occasioning bodily harm after separate incidents.
Police will allege a 41-year-old woman approached a woman in the street on August 22 and punched her multiple times in the head. The incident stopped after a witness intervened.
About 3:00am on August 23, police were called to Cherbourg Hospital to investigate another alleged assault.
They will allege a 23-year-old woman had assaulted another woman with a bottle, injuring her face and head. The injured woman required medical attention.

- A 29-year-old Wondai man will appear in Murgon Magistrates Court on September 22 charged with possessing cannabis and drug utensils after police searched an address in Wondai on August 19.
- A 40-year-old Cherbourg woman will appear in Cherbourg Magistrates Court on September 9, charged with possessing cannabis and drug utensils after police searched a home in Cherbourg on August 20.
- A 22-year-old Cherbourg man will appear in Cherbourg Magistrates Court on September 23, charged with possessing drug utensils after police searched a home in Cherbourg on August 26.

Property
- About 6:45pm on August 22, Murgon police responded to a break and enter at a public facility. A rock was used to break glass and gain entry and a fire extinguisher was stolen prior to activating the alarms. Police utilised CCTV to identify two boys. A 13-year-old Murgon boy and a 12-year-old Murgon boy will be dealt with under the provisions of the Youth Justice Act.
- A 32-year-old Murgon woman will appear in Murgon Magistrates Court on September 22 charged with stealing. Police will allege she stole multiple items from a Murgon supermarket on August 24.
- A 32-year-old Murgon woman will appear in Murgon Magistrates Court on September 22 charged with stealing after clothing was allegedly taken without paying from a Murgon shop on August 25.
- A 29-year-old Cherbourg woman will appear in Murgon Magistrates Court on September 22 charged with stealing after earrings were allegedly taken from a shop display on August 31.

Traffic
Three people have been charged with drink-driving offences after roadside breath tests:
- A 23-year-old Cherbourg woman will appear in Cherbourg Magistrates Court on September 23 after being pulled over in Fisher Street, Cherbourg, on August 29. She has also been charged with possessing liquor in a restricted area.
- A 44-year-old Cherbourg man will appear in Cherbourg Magistrates Court on September 23 after his vehicle was stopped in Broadway Street, Cherbourg, after midnight on August 30.
- A 35-year-old Brisbane man will appear in Murgon Magistrates Court on September 22 after his vehicle was intercepted on the Bunya Highway at Wondai on August 30.

Police from Murgon, Cherbourg and Wondai responded to a variety of incidents between August 19-31 including drug, traffic and property offences. They also attended 14 domestic violence incidents, issued 19 infringement notices for life-endangering traffic offences and performed 398 roadside breath tests.
