A 32-year-old Kingaroy man has been charged with multiple traffic offences after police allegedly spotted him driving a front-end loader with illegal passengers on Saturday afternoon.
Police will allege that when they stopped the front-end loader in Kelvyn Street, Kingaroy, three people were aboard.
When breathtested, the driver allegedly blew 0.054 BAC. The limit for heavy machinery is zero.
The man will appear in Kingaroy Magistrates Court on September 14 charged with drink driving, failing to comply with a court-ordered condition on his driver’s licence and exceeding the carrying capacity of a vehicle.

Drugs
- A 29-year-old Kingaroy man will appear in Kingaroy Magistrates Court on September 14 charged with possessing drugs and drug utensils after police searched a home in First Avenue, Kingaroy, at 12:35pm on August 26. They allegedly located a small quantity of cannabis.
- A 29-year-old Kingaroy man will appear in Kingaroy Magistrates Court on September 9 charged with possessing a drug utensil after police stopped a Holden sedan in First Avenue, Kingaroy, at 8:00pm on August 27.
- A 31-year-old Caboolture man will appear in Kingaroy Magistrates Court on September 21 charged with drug possession after police pulled over a Holden sedan in William Street, Kingaroy, at 12:10am on August 29. They allegedly located a small quantity of cannabis.
- A 31-year-old Redcliffe woman will appear in Kingaroy Magistrates Court on September 21 charged with possessing a drug utensil after police stopped a Ford station wagon in Haly Street, Kingaroy, at 3:10am on August 29.

Kingaroy police responded to a variety of incidents between August 24-30 including drug, property and traffic offences. They also attended six domestic violence-related incidents and issued 22 infringement notices for life-endangering traffic offences
