An elderly pushbike rider suffered minor injuries when he was struck by a vehicle at Booie last week.
Office-in-charge of Kingaroy Police, Senior Sergeant Dave Tierney said police were called about 8:00am last Tuesday (August 4) to Malar Road.
Investigations suggested a 78-year-old Booie man was on the bicycle and indicated to turn into his driveway.
As he did this, the driver of a Nissan stationwagon, a 54-year-old Nanango woman, allegedly overtook the bicycle, striking it as it turned.
The rider received medical assistance for minor injuries.
