A man will face charges following the death of a Meringandan teenager earlier this year.
A 16-year-old was critically injured after falling from a ute near Bowenville in the early hours of January 12.
He suffered serious head injuries and later died in hospital.
The 20-year-old alleged driver of the ute has been charged with dangerous operation of a motor vehicle, unlicensed driving and driving over the zero alcohol limit.
He is due to appear in Toowoomba Magistrates Court on September 1.
