A truck driver was transported to Kingaroy Hospital in a stable condition after a logging truck overturned near Tansey on Monday afternoon.
Emergency services were called to Kilkivan-Tansey Road about 4:30pm.
The incident occurred about 5km from the Burnett Highway intersection.
Paramedics assessed the driver at the scene, a man aged in his 70s, who was suffering suspected rib injuries.
The truck, laden with logs, spilled part of its load on to roadway when it tipped on to its side, forcing the closure of the busy link road between Kilkivan and the Bunya Highway.
Police warned there would be significant delays while the site was cleared.
